Default Flapping noise while accelerating?

Its a 2007 Ram 1500 4x4 Hemi
So I've heard about the dodge 'tick' but I don't think that is what I'm hearing here. It sounds more like a flapping noise in person. This only happens when im hammering on it pretty hard. I'm not getting any sort of wobble either. Really don't notice anything other than the noise. I'm wondering though if i'm losing any horsepower to whatever the hell it is. Or if its even anything to worry about at all. Any ideas?

Ok, that's weird. NOT hemi tick. So that's good. An exhaust leak maybe?? But I would think you would hear that right from the beginning. Maybe check various things under the truck for metal on metal contact. Maybe the exhaust is actually hitting something on hard accel.

Im sorry im not very mechanic savvy- what do you mean by 'is it load'?
It starts around 4500-5000 rpm when im going down the road doing like 65+ hammering on it or going up a hill

Yeah, going up hill would create a decent load,. Towing would also create load. No load would be revving it in park... But I wouldn't want you to leave it in park and rev that high.

Does the noise come in sooner/later (rpm wise) on more load ?
