Blank plate under right center dash vent

I have a 05 Ram 2500

What is the wire connection that is behind this blank plate?

Here is the connector behind it. What is it for I’m just curious.

I was re-wiring the radio and saw it and was wondering what would connect to it?

Regular cab passenger airbag on/off switch, so you don't kill kids sitting in the only passenger position... not there on quad cabs.

Plug it back into the blank on the back of the center bezel and don't mess with it.

so I can tape it off and shive it back and use the blank for whatever I want then. Great!
