High RPM after tuneup

Default High RPM after tuneup
Just had a 115,000 service and now I get a high 1,600 to 1,800 rev in RPMs. After a few minutes it backs down to 1,000. What can I do to reset it to norm?

What are you driving?

RPM should flare at initial startup, and then drop down to a 'normal' idle..... what is normal depends on what you are driving....
