Ive narrowed my problem down to a single plug, on the engine harness you have 3 PCM connectors, A big grey connecter and a big black connecter, does anyone have a pinout of the big black connector, I dont have a clue what it is, I went through every plug on Mopar Connection and cant find it.

You really need a service manual for your truck. You can usually get 'em on EBay for 30 bucks or so, on the disk...... It will make life MUCH easier.

I am going to try to get one, I am banging my head against the wall at this point. I found a post where a guy was swapping an 02 model top a hemi, and he had the same issues. To fix the brake lights he took a wire from the original cruise control servo and hooked it to the fused ignition run/start wire and they worked. I tried it but didnt change a thing.

Edit: Looks like its a little more than that, I got a manual from someone on another post. Finally i got what I need to maybe fix this dang thing. Some of my PCM plugs need to be moved around to match the 5.7 pinouts vs the 3.7l pinouts. Ill keep posted.

Brake light issue was solved following another post I found on here, I had some brake signal wires pinned wrong, and the hemi requires an ignition wire ran to the S/C Power supply wire on the brake pedal. How ever I couldnt solve the no crank when in manual mode. I found the clutch wire on the PCM running to the T41 circuit and its acting as it should, but the PCM is ignoring it. I just took the ground supply from the PCM for the starter relay and grounded it. Now I have a brake light and ABS but I am assuming thats because the PCM VIN doesnt match the ABS or The BCM.
