2008 ram 1500 diff
I have a 2008 ram 1500, with a 9.25 3.55 rear differential with the speed sensor. I also have a 1996 ram 1500 with a 9.25 3.55 differential with a speed sensor, but it has drum brakes. Is it possible to use that differential and change the drum to disk brakes?

Mine is not as new as yours, but I measured my '03 disc against a '01 GenII drum 9.25. Looks like aside from ABS and driveshaft yoke, the axle flange would need to move about 5/8" and I could put a early Gen III 9.25 on a Gen II. Place to start thinking.
