O25 and CAT reading on Ram 1500 3.7

Keep getting pending codes on O25 and CAT. Replaced EVAP,got rid of check engine light. but OBD now gives me those pending codes O2s and CAT. A little help Please?

On Innova 3011 OBD it looks like O2s and Cat. Pending. Yellow light. Will check for the p codes.

Throttle position sensor signal voltage low. That'll give you all sorts of interesting driveability problems...... Might be a bad sensor, might be low voltage on the sensor feed from the PCM.
