Default 2004 ram 1500 p0155 comes and goes every few weeks or so.

I own a 2004 ram 1500 4x4 4.7L it runs excellent I love my truck but the CEL pops on and off and it always a p0155(o2 heater circuit failure) I have changed the sensor multiple times same issue and I have looked over the wiring multiple times I still haven't figured it out any suggestions would be appreciated.

IS the heater circuit failing? Should be a separate circuit for those, and likely a relay as well. Now, whether you can CHANGE that relay or not, is another problem altogether....

Moving to Third Gen Ram section for ya.

I had a 2004 Ram 1500 5.7 that was giving me a persistent P0058. I swapped sensors, did a resistance check on the wiring, and finally concluded it had to be the ecm. Replaced the original with a used unit, not more error codes.... but I did have to pay the dealer to reprogram the ecm so I could pass emissions (they verify the vin in PA).
