So my 4wd went out transfer case you can hear switches and it switches on the dash. However doesn’t have 4wd, it went out randomly I replaced the front diff actuator and still nothing. Not to long ago I changed cvs and intermediate shaft. Everything inside the actuator opening looked alright. Before I get to dropping the diff cover any ideas?

 

Make sure the actuator is actually getting the voltages it should. (and grounds....assuming it's electrical.... if it's vacuum operated, are you actually getting vacuum?) Verify it's doing its job. Wouldn't be the first time I got a bad part, right out of the box.
