2007 Dodge Ram 1500 w/4.7 flex. Where is the radiator fan relay located as well as the fuse located ? I checked the fuse box but didn’t find any, unless I missed it. Truck overheats after 10-15 minutes of driving. Changed out thermostat. Topped of fluids. Fan clutch seems okay. Top hose is hot , bottom is not but just barely warm. Thanks for assist !

Do you have a fan clutch, or electric rad fan?

Clutch fan is purely mechanical... what fan are you talking about?

Testing fan clutch would be my first recommendation. Plenty of videos available.
