Yep, that's a mopar unit. Of course, they all start out that way. Some get replaced with a remanned unit, and I have no idea if those are marked in any way as such.

 

Looks like that one got a software update from the dealer at some point in its life.

 

Is it a performance PCM? as it has a P or not im also wonder that because someone had told me performance parts begin with a “P”

 

I think the performance PCM was a product of the OBDI era. With the advent of OBDII, it was a simple matter to just flash whatever tune you liked onto the PCM. The 'authorized software update' sticker tells me it is simply a revised stock tune.
