Just got this truck, drove it home just fine. I put in a new battery, dash lights up like normal. Turn the key over and nothing. Now my dash is dark and 28-38, 49, and 50 on my fuses have no power.
What do i need to check?

 

What are those circuits (should be on the back side of the cover)? By the way that you're phrasing it, they are not blown - correct? Often times the circuit board under the fuse box (in the engine compartment) can corrode and the board traces get destroyed. You can separate the box and inspect the circuit board. There are videos on youtube that walk you through it.
