Default 08 Ram power,no crank!

Guys im beating my head! 08 Ram drove to an appointment last week and when done won't start! The red lightning bolt is lit and everything has power but won't crank over! I've cleaned all cables and grounds and still nothing! I'm an old man and don't have a lot of funds to throw parts at it! BTW has 114000 miles!

Try this:

Reset PCM To properly reset it;

Buckle the driver's seat belt.
Remove the fuse box top and look at the bottom of it for the PCM fuse.
Remove it.
Put in the key and turn it to START, not run, and hold it there until you hear 2 chimes.( some said 3 chimes)
Remove the key, replace the fuse and fuse box top, close the hood, and unbuckle the seat belt.
Done, the PCM is fully reset.

The 1st time you try to start the engine it will delay for a second or so, that is normal. If it starts let it idle for a little. Idle relearn.
