Default throttle body adapter

I am in the process of swapping out my dead 2003 4.7L. I want to use a 08+ motor but I can't locate a throttle body adapter. I tried airram.com but the website is broken and nobody from the Facebook page has responded. A company called 3rd strike performance claims to sell it but the owner hasn't responded to my questions either. Does anyone know if AirRam are still around or have an alternative solution?

When did the tone ring on the crank change? Early models were 16 tooth, later models were 32.... the two are not interchangeable.

Yeah. Mine uses a NGC PCM so it should have a 32 tone ring.

I believe the motor is original to the truck. From what I've read the 32 teeth started in 03.

Yep, that's what I find as well.

Could you just swap your manifold onto the newer engine? Or is it the newer manifold that you actually want?

I could use the old one but I wanted to take advantage of the revised 08 manifold design.

Looks like their website is back up. I've just ordered the adapter.
