Trackbar bracket eggd holes fix
Hey guys ..i have a 05 3500 cummins 4x4 i got it from a buddy that gave up on finding the death wobble and sloppy steering issue with this unit..after changing just about every replaceable moving part with lifetime greasable parts i have come to the conclusion that the trackbar mount on the differential is the culprit..any fix other than replacing whole differential housing..so far i lookd at 3 in scrapyards and all 3 were eggd out like mine ..is there a replacement or relocation bracket to fix issue??

Your track bar has bushings on both ends, right? Could you just weld a couple fat washers on the bracket, so you have round holes again? Or, put it where you want it, than CRANK that feller down tight.
Its just a bracket welded on the axle housing, no need to replace the whole thing. Find a welder that does vehicle repairs, they can do that pretty effortlessly. I would replace the bushings in the bar if you haven't already.
