Default 2004 dodge ram 2500 bearing problems

I have a 2004 dodge ram 2500 with the 5.9 24v Cummins. Currently rebuilding it because previous owner said it had a rod knock. Crankshaft looks good Im currently cleaning up the journals for the rods. He gave me two extra rods but they’re a little different then the oem ones I figured out they’re just aftermarket ones. Problem is the bearings have two right side notches to where they won’t line up together like usual. Is that okay? The rest of my rods are in and they all line up but the last two have different side notches. I’m guessing I just get two right side rods for them will that be okay?

In my experience all previous owners are idiots and their word is not to be taken as gospel.

A lot of implications from this question. Short answer is that if the notches don't align then they are not a matched set.
Some pictures would help.

I’ll post some later when I get home. Both sets of the rods have the same problem it’s weird

Do you know who manufactures those bearings? I would expect to see a "U" and an "L".
The tangs are there to ensure proper alignment.
Those Cummins rods are beefy.

I bought my rods from car parts wiz but they’re not in that rod at the moment was just showing the tangs I knew that had actual name lol. I knew they were proper alignment but the bearings I bought we just regular bearings for the truck and that have 6 ones with the tang on right and 6 on left but with these two rods it would take two right side tang ones each. I was told the two tangs for one bearing have to align when put together
