Has anyone experienced this ? The transmission seems to be in limp mode . It wont go into overdrive and when taking off truck has no power . The engine revs up but it slow like your going uphill with a heavy trailer .
No cruise control , light doesn't come on . Trailer tow mode/ overdrive off light doesn't come on . PRNDSL only shows P&N but its not the back lighting because they will light up when the truck isn't running and you run it thru the gears.

The Dodge dealer has 8 hrs. into diagnosing it. They checked the harness for chafes and corrosion and say it is the Instrument cluster so I bought a used cluster and no change.

Plug in with a good scanner, engine running, see what gear the PCM thinks you are in, and if that bears any resemblance to reality.

 

We did try running through the gears with a good scanner and it saw the voltage changes but truck was not running. I'll see if I can get the scanner again.
