Default P codes

I have a 2005 Ram 2500 5.9L diesel with 210,000 miles. Have not had to do much engine work on this truck, except replace lift pump and injector pump solenoid. Few days ago as I was approaching a stop sign, at idle it surged a few time and died. Shut off ignition and let sit for about 30 seconds, was able to start truck and drive home (125 miles) After getting home i disconnected both batteries and turn ignition on, reconnected batteries 2 hours later, read this clears the computer of codes.
Drove the truck a few miles and it did this again. Checked the codes below:P0193 Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input

P0237 Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

P0652 unknown

P1755 Intermediate Speed Sensor (ISS) Malfunction

P2121 ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 1 PERFORMANCE

P2127 ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 2 CIRCUIT LOW

P2509 ECM/PCM POWER INPUT SIGNAL INTERMITTENT

P2266 WATER IN FUEL SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW
Kinda baffled as what this could be, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you may have lost your 5v reference at the PCM. I don't have a pinout for you at the moment but you should start there.
