Default 4WD Cluster Light burnt out?

I have a 2005 ram 1500 5.7 hemi with a manual floor shifter for 4wheel drive. Ever since I have had it the 4WD light has never come on on the dashboard even when engaged. The 4WD works perfectly in every mode. I ran a C Code test on the dashboard and every light lit up except for the SERV 4WD light which leads me to think is the light is burnt out instead of the more common sensor issue. Is there a specific bulb for that light and if so what is it? Is it even possible to replace or do I have to replace the whole dashboard? Thanks!

Default Different C Codes on every test

I have a 2005 5.7 hemi ram 1500. I’ve been testing lights on the clusters and noticed that when I run a C Code test it will give me a different number EVERY TIME. It will cycle between AA, AC, and AE codes every time I test but the number on the right is always different. Any ideas on what’s causing this? Thanks.

There is a sensor by the floor shifter on the under the truck. That sensor goes bad and wont trigger the light. I had to replace mine a few years ago.
