2005 Dodge Ram 4x4 BIG HORN

Coincidence??? I pulled the cluster to replace a couple burnt bulbs. After reinstalling the cluster the locks quit working by remote and on the door. Also the power seat isn’t working properly, it only goes forward. I reset the cluster and got a A3 02 code.

I’m at my wits end with this truck…

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. I live in the Dallas Tx area (Wylie).

A3 Battery voltage open. Refer to the appropriate diagnostic information.
02 Airbag warning indicator output circuit open. Refer to the appropriate
diagnostic information.

Pull it out again, recheck you got everything installed correctly. If replacing with LED bulbs, most are polarized. Check that the plugs in the back of the cluster are seated well and no pins are bent or burnt

 

I will recheck the bulbs, they all seem to be working. Would that cause the other issues I’m having with the seat? The seat has power just not working properly. Is there a reset for the power seats? I pulled the fuse on it last night and that didn’t help.
