Unhappy warrenty issue

Have a 2013 1500 Big Horn Had the engine replaced in 9/2021 by a dealer in FL. Invoice stated 3 year/100K warrenty In 2023 Had the engine replaced again due to head gasket issue.Paid cash with the understanding I could contact Dodge and get reimbursed . Called number given me by dealer and was informed they had no record and thier parts were a 2 year warrenty. Don't understand. If you get work done by a authorized dealer, who covers the warrenty

Dodge does. Or stellantis, whatever they call themselves these days. Do you have the receipt from the first replacement motor? Where was the second motor installed, and where was it purchased from? Might be able to call the dealer you got the first replacement done at, get a copy of the receipt from them, if nothing else. It should state on there warranty terms...

The first replacement was done at a Dodge Dealership in Fl. The second was done at a Dodge dealership in WV. Both invoices state 3 years/100K miles. When I called the number the dealer gave me, they said they did not have any record of the work. I have both invoices

Erm, if the work was done at a dodge dealer, why didn't the second dealer deal with the warranty claim? That IS their job, after all...... What excuse did they use to make you pay for it?

If the receipt plainly says 3 year warranty, go chat with a lawyer.
