Vibrations after cranking torsion bars
Yeah, but at the same position?! So there might be some more wear than in the other areas?
Must be either that or the "non-ideal" angle that it is operating at. Once I put the torsion bar keys down again the vibrations are gone.

Because you're throwing off your alignment when you crank them up.
I am very sorry but I disagree on that one.
Why should it only be vibrating when accelerating? Mis-aligned wheels/suspension are turning all the time, so the vibration should be there all the time, but it is not.
It is directly connected with hard acceleration. No acceleration = no vibration.
So for me that is the proof that it only vibrates when there is torque transfered from the engine via the CV axles to the wheels. No torque = no vibration.

Mine is an AWD model with the electronic transfer case. So I assume that all wheels are getting driven, so the front wheels as well and so there will be torque transferred via the CV axles.
I can't think of any other reason because the vibrations are only there when accelerating and they are a little stronger under heavy acceleration.

I did that, but tires will rub a little bit so would like to avoid that.
Will have to check if I can cut away some more of the inner plastic fender lower part and lower the front so I have no rubbing and no vibrations though.
But I also thought of a 2"/3" torsion bar lift though. That would increase vibrations even more. But I will then maybe just get these special CV axles. Thanks for your help everyone!
