Default Laramie vs. slt vs. st

Newbie here, still learning. When looking up parts, different sites have different vehicle fitment parameters. I have a 4 WD 2003 Ram 1500 (5.9) Laramie Quad Cab.

when searching, I’ll find parts that look correct but it only lists SL or SLT. As far as engine, suspension parts etc. go would I just go with SLT? Is there a difference in parts outside of interior (extra option parts) from SL to SLT to Laramie or is it good to go so long as the make model year 4wd and engine match?

another fitment search parameter i rarely see is quad cab as an option. Just extended, crew, extended crew (not even sure what that is). What would be synonymous with quad cab as far as searching for parts goes? Thanks for your help.
