Question P0071 overhead good, Live data -40

Like the title says, I keep getting a P0071. The overhead console reads correct, but looking at live data on scan tool shows -40. I have replaced the sensor and pigtail. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!

Is there more than one sensor??? -40 is usually what you get when the sensor has failed open..... Wonder if it's just a bad connection somewhere, that the PCM isn't getting the correct feed?

Could be, but why would the overhead console display the right temp? If I disconnect the sensor the overhead reads 130F EDIT: with the sensor unplugged the overhead console reads 130F and the live data reads -40F
