Default 48re transmission

I have a 2007 2500 5.9 with a 48re transmission. My transfer case exploded and after I’ve fixed it my transmission wont shift into first or second gear. I’ve changed the transmission governor pressure sensor and speed sensor with no change. It is showing code p0713 and p0868. I’ve looked on the transmission lines for a transmission temperature sensor but couldn’t find anything. Can anyone point me in a direction I’ve hit a brick and don’t know what it could be.

Temp sensor is internal to the trans. It's part of the pressure sensor. Did the new sensor have the same shape connector as the old one?
