So i have 02 ram 1500 4.7 l and i have been having electrical issues, while im driving she would stall out and my dash " fuel and battery gauge would not work when she stalls out. I turn the truck off and back on the two gauges are dead in the water but still have power. So i have looked at the harness and i did the wiggle test and found that the harness at the "t" by the fire wall going behind the motor i heard some thing click in the fuse block. So i started looking underneith the truck and found a free ground wire thats just dangling from the chasis.

So is it possible that the gnd wire thats dangling from the chasis is my issue?

 

Anything is possible. Simple matter to just remount it somewhere, and see what happens.
