Default 08 dually low fuel pressure

I have an 08 3500 dually that keeps throwing a code that indicates low fuel pressure when under a load. Any thoughts on cause?

Failed lift pump? Clogged filter? Water in the fuel?

Default 08 dually low fuel pressure

Wouldn't the lift pump fail completely? Did a filter a couple months ago. I buy fuel several places. Any way to check for water?

I think there is a sensor for that as well..... I just don't know much about the newer diesels. Wouldn't hurt to put a gauge on it, and see what pressure really is. Might just be a bad sensor.
