Default Engine swap woes

Long post. Working on 06 1500 hemi. Used engine installed. New gaskets. Got it running on 5. Backfiring through intake. No compression on cylinder 5. Others have 175 to 200 on hot compression test Both valves opening. Seem to be the same height and opening the same as the others. Pulled rocker shaft off. Could compress the intake lifter with pushrod by hand but not 5. Thinking lifter stuck causing intake valve to hang open? I'm used to small block. Never been this deep into a hemi

I'm just trying to make sure that I'm on the right path. It doesn't make any sense to me that anythingelse could be wrong. All the other cylinders have great compression so I doubt rings are bad in 1 cylinder especially with the beautful cross hatch in them. The intake valve not sealing is only thing I can think of

Do a leakdown test. (need the gauges, and an air compressor) That will tell you where your compression is going.
