Lower Control Arm Bushings - positioning

Lower Control Arm Bushings - positioning
In the middle of replacing my bushings and noticed with new bushings there are two slots in the middle of the rubber. One side is quite long, opposite is a slot that is shorter. These slots take away material that will affect the wsy it reacts to torque in that slots direction.
I cannot find any info on which direction to put these. I emailed MOOG's tech support, and gave them a call this morning.
The guy I talked to could not find any instructions on which wsy to install. So he suggested installing the longer slot upwards towards the frame. Then I noticed a reply to my email, the guy replying to my email said they feel the long slot should be at the bottom by the road with short slot up by frame.
Anyone have some input. I don't want to trust how these were Installed previously because of some shady work I have already came across.

OK, now that is something I have never really considered.... but, most of the bushings I have dealt with have been solid.... The slots will allow the center to move significantly more in those directions on a jolt.... So, I am thinkin' put the long slot up as well. Although, I could make an argument for having it face the rear of the truck, to give the suspension a bit more 'give' forward/back, in hopes of improving ride quality???? Maybe?????

Well the slots are on both ends, they just don't go all the way through. I even googled lower control arms to get a glimpse on how they're positioned. Top and bottom lol. I'm too invested now to go and buy a control arm complete 😆
Well, I've procrastinated enough, best get out there and at least get them out. Then flip a coin 😅🤣😂
