Default PO601 and PO700 + whining/ buzzing from trans

got a PO601 and PO700 code, i hear a whining/ buzzing coming from the trans in park and neutral, when i moved my truck it has no power on acceleration, this truck has been through MANY PCM/TCM’s, drained and refilled fluid, both filters are new, is it more likely to be a bad TCM or something with the valve body?? my mobile mechanic won’t answer the phone and it needs to be scanned so i can’t get it scanned unless i go buy one or get it trailered somewhere, 2002 ram 1500 4,7 with a 45RFE
P.S. the motor and trans sat for 8 days short of 2 years and it never had problems before so i don’t think it’s anything mechanical. ANY help is appreciated

That P0601 is a bad PCM. Internal checksum error. Fix that first.

I would be getting a new one. Given the nature of the error, a failed chip is kinda likely.

got a new PCM, got it programmed, guy scanned after and it only showed PO706, he said it’s either the shift linkage or the solenoid pack, there is a buzzing/ whining sound from the trans in park and neutral, i already spent $400 for a PCM and programming, don’t tell me i need to spend another $300 on a solenoid pack, is it more likely to be the shift linkage needing adjustment or the solenoid pack, all the gear indicator lights are on, but it’ll go into all PRND12 fine
