A bit of lubrication probably wouldn't hurt, and it would be an interesting test, to see if anything changed.....

 

Watched a video of a guy with a different brand truck, the key itself was rubbing on the top part of the crossmember. I will check that as well. Also I will replace the lower control arm bushings, just so all the bushings are new then to eliminate any possible point there. Thanks for your help!!
