I have seen some bushings with grooves to hold the grease, and I have also seen them with grease zerks on the clamp, and strategic holes in the bushing.... Do what ya can with it, see what happens, go from there.

What does a honda b13 have to do with dodge trucks? Keep your links relevant, or you will be history.

Funny stuff, today I drove like 100 miles on the Autobahn and then wanted to check on the bushings. Had to help a friend with his small car first but that took too long to check my RAM.
So I drove back. On my way back I tried the "shaking test" again (like in the video in the 1st post), and guess what? Noise is gone!

So maybe it took some time to get the grease back into the ball joints?! Is that a possible explanation? Otherwise I have no idea what so ever why the noise is gone now. Weather is the same more or less the past days etc. Nothing changed, apart from greasing the ball joints.

Anything is possible. Maybe your truck is just messin' with your head.

It's messing with everything. My head, my body and my wallet.

And yeah, the noise came back. So will remove anti roll bar bushes next friday and check...

Just replaced the sway bar bushings. Noise is still there. Had my son in the car when going on the test drive and when the noise appeared he said he would "feel" the noise from underneath his feet.
So there are these torsion bars right under it. Is it possible that the torsion bars or torsion bar keys are making these kind of noises?! I have aftermarket keys to lift the front of the car.
Thanks for your help!!

Upper ones are new, lower ones are fine, no play visible though. But will check them again for sure.
I will also try to find these torsion key crossmember bushings as well and then replace all the remaining old bushings there in the front suspension.

Just got back from checking everything.
At least when stationary, so not lifted up, I can't feel any play in the lower control arm bushings.
Also this torsion bar crossmember bushing is looking very good and has no play, I can barely move the rubber with a pry bar. So no play.
Watched some videos and could it be that the torsion key lift screws are rubbing on the torsion keys giving that noise? As it only happens on these quick turns and sharp bumps?
Watched a guy putting some rubber there but without any change. Would greasing it up help?
I have the screws threaded in to the maximum position to clear the tires in the front.
Thanks guys for any help!!!
