Default trans slippage? yes? no?

just replaced PCM and solenoid pack on my 02 4.7 with a 545RFE, linkage is secured and correct, no check engine lights, no dinging alerts on the dash or anything, trans fluid is at the correct level, everything is correct. but in drive it won’t creep at all and i have to give it more than enough gas for it to even think about moving, then once it catches it catches and the rpm’s drop faster and lower than i think they should, it either way it feels like it’s slipping before it catches because it barely starts to move before it finally catches. anyone know what’s causing this?

i honestly have no idea, i’m not even sure if it’s the original trans, but it has atleast 100k give or take(i think), the body and motor have 302k but i’m not sure about the trans, it was working perfect before it sat for 8 days short of 2 years, i already replaced the PCM and solenoid pack now im stuck in a rut and clueless as to what’s wrong

Sounds like a sticking valve somewhere...... but, I just don't know enough about those transmissions to offer much more than that.....
