Default Switching front axles and diff?

I am getting a hold of a 2002 Ram 1500 with 4wd, but the front axles and diff are trashed. I don’t care about the 4wd function. Can I replace these with anything cheaper than rebuilding all of this knowing that it will become a rwd truck?

Buy junkyard diff, and new axles. That one is IFS, isn't it? So, prolly 2-400 for the diff, and in the neighborhood of 150 or so for each axle.

Just... take it out. You don't need the front diff, front driveshaft, or stub shafts, or axles. The front wheel bearings are the same between the 4wd and 2wd models and don't require the axles to keep them together.
