2002 ram 1500 leak detection filter

I have a 2002 ram 1500 5.9 V8. I have a PO442 code. Checked underneath and found the hose connected to the leak detection filter is melted off under the engine. I have no idea where it goes tho. Just found it melted off going up under the back driver side of the engine bay. Any help would be appriciated.
