Default 2004 ram 1500 5.7 rough idle and stall

Hello, first time on forum. I have a 04 ram 1500 5.7 that died on me at light with 1/4 tank of gas. Wouldn't start without gas pedal pressed all the way down. I managed to get it to the side of road. Truck would crank but start like it needed gas. I went got gas, same result, crank no start. Ended up getting it towed. Got it home and thought fuel filter, found out filter on pump. Changed fuel pump, gauge didnt work so replaced again then found out about tach reset, gauge works. Truck now starts but idles rough like on the verge of stall which it does. Won't start without gas pedal on start up after stalling. If you wait about 5 minutes it will start with no pedal but will idle rough and die. I've changed throttle body, did both relearn ways I read about neither solved issue, changed pcv valve, map sensor, ac condenser (it was bad), ail filter, all 16 plugs, egr valve, o2 sensor, both knock sensors, tension pulley and tested fuel pressure, it was 50psi. Still same issue. I orginally thought fuel injector after changing fuel pump but read I would have gas leak if that was the case and my fuel pressure reading wouldn't be correct. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Is the check engine lite on? Should plug in with a scanner, and see what the various sensors are telling the PCM. Could be a bad coolant temp reading, or any of a host of other sensors.....

Before it died, had o2 b2s2 and knock sensor b2s2 codes replaced both. Cleared codes and still getting code for knock sensor. Other than that no codes.

If you can read live data, see what the other sensors show at idle, engine off, stone cold. Do the readings make sense??
