When I’m driving down the road 20mph+ and I let off the gas pedal I get what sounds like a whooshing noise only happening for a second or two depending on if I play with the gas pedal around the time it makes the noise. It Started today so I know something isn’t right. it’s coming from the passenger side of the engine bay. I’ve noticed that my A/C accumulator is very wet, more so than any other car I’ve seen, leaving large puddles of water in a very short amount of time. Could that be the issue or connected to it? To me it sounds like a vacuum cleaner starting up then shutting off immediately.

I can’t get the truck to make the noise unless I’m moving which makes it impossible to find the culprit making the noise.
