Default Electrical problems

I have a 2005 Ram 1500 4x4 quad cab with the 4.7. My fuel gauge stopped working, the wipers come on by themselves, I have no interior overhead lights, the turn signals don’t flash on the instrument cluster but work on the outside. The TIPM and FCM have been replaced, and the instrument cluster has no codes. All grounds have been checked. And I can’t find any loose wires in any of the connectors and no damaged wires. I’m not very knowledgeable about electrical but have done everything I know to check and do. Anyone have any tips or advice?

I know you said that you had the TIPM and FCM replaced, but those issues you mentioned sound exactly like one or both is faulty.

Do the TIPM and/or FCM need to be flashed? If I jump the ground side of the fuel gauge near the fuel pump the gauge works. Could it be a ground problem? Maybe under the dash somewhere?
