Default Driver side lowbeam keeps going out within a month or so

So my driver side low beam keeps blowing repeatedly but the passenger side is perfectly fine. It's direct battery powered with the signal for the relay coming from the passenger light (TIPM driver for the driver side died so i had to bypass it), this bulb issue has been going on half a year. However, this issue of bubs blowing repeatedly existed before this bypass. Ground looks good and socket should be ok. I drive with my headlights on 24/7 as i put in a Dakota headlight switch years ago. High beam is fully functional. The housing's rear screw is not put in as the actual threaded stud backed out of the plastic but the front screw is and the bulbs kept blowing even before that screw died. Theories I have is either dirty power as i can let off the gas while driving or have rpms drop backing up and i can see lights get slight but always noticeably dimmer but these are basic halogens and i always alcohol wipe mine, or the socket is bad and i just haven't noticed.

What are some other theories or someone with experience?

I would pull and clean the ground anyway, just for giggles.

Doesn't the ground for the headlight terminate through the TIPM ground? If so I'll have to cut that ground and make a new one.

Nope. G104, left front of engine compartment. Both filaments use the same ground though. Why it is only blowing the low beam becomes a mystery.
