This is an update on my progress. I replaced the PCM. Truck seems to be running fine now and no error codes. After I first installed the PCM and started it It gave the coil3 secondary circuit code. I let it run for a little bit then turned off erased the code, turned the key off and on a few times and let it sit for a bit. Restarted it running fine and no code, it's being driven daily and no code.
