Default 08’ 1500 driver side intermediate grinding when accelerating and turning

I have a 2008 ram 1500 lone star edition 2 wheel drive with about 210,000 miles on it. Recently where I live it’s been really cold and when it got cold it started making this hellish grinding noise on the drivers side front wheel with mild vibration when I hear the noise. It happens intermittently and never when I’m braking only sometimes when I’m accelerating and sometimes when I’m turning. I think it’s a bearing and I would love some help before I drop like $120 on parts and it not be it. There’s no ABS light on and it just started like 3 days ago. Also I have a check engine light that says gas cap, this has persisted after I’ve replaced the gas cap and cleared the check engine light. Any help or advice would be appreciated greatly. Thanks so much all of you!

Go for a drive, someplace where you can get a little strange, without danger of hitting someone else..... Run the truck up to 30mph or so, then change lanes, HARD. Pay attention to when the grinding gets louder. If it does when you move to the right, but, not when going left. that's a bad wheel bearing.
