Default 03 ram 2500 hemi new pcm question

So had to misfires on cylinder 4 and 6....shop says pcm needs to be replaced.....so looked online and found one on flagship Inc that they will program for $196 plug and play.....so by plug and play does that mean it's ready to be hooked up and I'll be ready to go? And also has anyone else bought from this site before and how are they?

I'm not familiar with the site, but plug n play usually means ready to hook up and go. Why do they think is PCM?

Because the pcm isn't sending a ground pulse to the number 4 and 6 coils....there not producing a spark.....engine still runs great prolly because of it having 16 spark plugs and atleast 1 of the plugs on each of those 2 cylinders is still firing

I though the 2nd plug fired on the exhaust stroke or something since it gets its signal from a different plug coil

I think they did that when they had plug wires from the coil to another plug.... Not sure how it works with individual coils for each plug.

03-05 hemi has the one coil per cylinder with one wire that crosses the engine to another cylinder
