I could not get my truck to start and my disabled spouse is out there has put a new battery in changed out the alternator and still will not crank and there's an intermittent power between the fuses can anybody help me with this what could be wrong it's our only transportation

 

Swap out the starter relay with another identical rely in under hood fuse box. If the other relay works, time for a new relay. Before you swap the relay, hold the key in the crank position while someone knocks the starter body (down by the transmission) with a lug tool or hammer. If the starter jumps to life, then it's most likely the starter and if so, most likely the starter solenoid. I replaced the contacts in mine (Dakota) a while back and it's been working great ever since.
