Unhappy 2005 4.7L Trans codes P0868 & P0876

I have a 2005 4.7L automatic with 176k miles. I've had the truck since 2008 and only use it 15-20 times a year to haul supplies or tow small trailer. In the last few years it has started to throw check engine light and I've been able to do most of the maintenance. (multiple O2 sensors, camshaft position sensor, EGR valve, etc)

Recently it threw P0700 &P0731 and I had a shop check the transmission codes and got P0868 and P0876. I did some searching online and there are various things that this could be. I've reset the code and it comes back maybe 5-10 minutes after driving. Some searching seems like it could be low fluid (I checked, it's not low), flat filter & spin on filter dirty/clogged & need changed, bad solenoid module, blown UD piston seal, or wiring issue.

For the most part the truck drives fine. When I'm parked and use the shifter to go from N to R or into D it maybe takes 1/2 second longer than I remember, but nothing bad.

Any suggestions on things I can check to see what to do first? The transmission fluid was last changed 3 years ago in 2022.

When is the last time you had the trans serviced? (Or, did it yourself?)

I had it done at a shop in May 2022. I would have to check my records, but going from memory they changed the fluid & filters. No other work done.

Given how little you use it, that shouldn't be an issue then.......
