Default Burning oil from exhaust manifold? Help!

Hello everyone!! I'm new to the whole automotive repair business ( if those are even the right words) and could use some help. I recently put a new motor in a 2006 ram 1500 with a 5.7 hemi, he old motor was shot so got a used 07 to throw in there. Everything fits and runs and idles great, but after driving on the interstate for more then 15 mins a couple of times, I noticed smoke coming from the engine compartment, so it appears that somewhere somehow oil is leaking onto the exhaust manifold, if anyone could help I'd be extremely grateful. ( This is a photo of what I believe is the exhaust manifold where the light is showing looks like oil build up, but I'm not for sure)
