Default Grinding When coasting or turning

I've got a 2006 Laramie. Last fall I noticed grinding noises coming from the right when I would turn under 10mph, or coast from highway speed to a stop. You can feel it in the wheel and gas pedal also. Happens especially when coasting into a turn at low speed, and especially if there's a bump while doing so.

So I lifted it, wheel would hum when spun, and CV boot was torn and gritty, so I replaced the wheel bearing and CV. Noise stopped.

A month ago, the noise started again, but seemingly from the driver's side. So I had a shop replace CV and wheel hub like before. While he was there, I had him do ball joints and sway bar links & bushings.

As soon as I got home, it started up. Any ideas where this noise could be coming from?

Go for a drive. Find a road that you can cruise along at 30mph or so, with little or no traffic. Then, change lanes HARD, is the noise different one way, as opposed to the other??
