Default Spark Plug Advice ??

Apoligies in advance, as this is more than likely a well asked question Spark Plugs !
2004, Ram Hemi, AWD, Auto. Bog standard, no mods at all. I have owned her 4 years now, just turned 90k miles, and a new set of plugs is due. Whats the general opinion on decent plugs to use ? Gap ? 0.45 ?
Should add here that I am in Scotland, UK so will be ordering from Rockauto. Many thanks in advance folks.
