Did I miss the part where you said, " It has plenty of new fuel?" It's easy to overlook an empty tank or sediment and water in a tank that's been sitting a while.

 

I have just returned out to my old (as in elderly) friends ranch. I found it is a 02/2005, not an 2008 as TJ had told me.
I have started a new thread (perhaps a forum FO-PAh) Mods feel free to merge or delete as needed.

I just followed up to ensure that I am up to speed with all advice given in my apparent absence.
