Do the rear seats fold up from the floor? Heavy baking soda on the carpet will do some good there. Let it sit for a couple of days then use a strong vacuum to slurp (<------Fancy technical term) it up. I personally would strip the interior, even the carpet if I could, to make sure it's all cleaned. The console and carpet may be an issue. Getting the carpet back properly can be problematic by yourself.

Lysol into the air intake at the base of the windshield should be good until next summer when you use the a/c and it gets damp again. Scrubbing the interior where you can, plus baking soda in the carpet should knock the smell down.

I actually removed the rear seats for the detailer. I can put my nose to the carpet and it smells like cleaner. I also pulled it up and smelt underneath and it was good too. I did find some mildew under the trim where the carpet meets the rockers and scrubbed that. I have a feeling that maybe I need to take off the pillar trim once I pull out the front seats and see what's cooking under there as well

Being metal, if you clean it and spray with Lysol, the mildew won't come back.
