in the middle of a 4th gen seat swap, tore out my old seats attempted to swap in 2014 base model seats, only 2 of the bucket seat mounts align..... i know the jump seat mounts are different but i have fixed that. from what I've seen this is a direct bolt in wondering if my 02 has different seat mounts? maybe regular cab mounts are different and if they are has someone done this and has advice or parts to make them bolt up better..... jump seat wiring would be nice to i just haven't dug in that deep since their not even mounted right yet...

 

Are the seats from the 2014 from a regular cab or full cab?

 

Also would need to clarify if your 02 is a 2nd gen or 3rd gen body as they are very different but if you got anything to line up it must be a 3rd gen. Yes regular cab brackets are different in all gens

I would think that trying to put front seats from a crew cab into your regular cab would be an issue in this case unfortunately. Others can chime in if they've done the replacement before since I never did it on my truck when I had it.
