Starter been dragging bad, I thought my battery might be bad so stopped at Napa to have it checked, battery good, went to start it dragged like dead battery tried again the same, third try nothing, so I replaced the starter but still no crank (I jumped the new starter is good but when the key is on it won’t start even when I jump the starter) it’s like whatever is not activating the starter is not letting engine have fire,any ideas on problem? 2007 ram 1500 5.7 4x4
